I first tried it last year when it was almost impossible to get a freshly-baked potato during the weekends, and I thought it was alright. Went again today for the first time since that visit, and it was fairly empty given the pandemic. It was easy to get a fresh potato, but it's so... SO dry and bleh. I got the beni azuma, because I've had so many beni tenshi from supermarkets already, and I expected it to be light and fluffy, certainly drier than the tenshi variety but... Wow, I haven't had such a dry, bland potato since the first time I tried baking my own sweet potato. Hoping the frozen daigaku imo will be better.
